RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
Which items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?

Items that are eligible for return or exchange must be in their original condition: unwashed and unworn.

ON SALE items (which are marked on your invoice) cannot be returned or exchanged.

No refunds on customized apparel, however, customers are protected by a customer guarantee policy that ensures customers are pleased with their purchase. If a product is defective, the customer will be sent a new one at no extra cost.
We accept return packages postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date.
If your return is postmarked after this time frame, your return may be denied.
Note: Return shipping fees are at your expense.
Refunds will be issued to original payment and will be processed upon receipt of merchandise.

What You Need to Know
Please allow additional 1-3 business days for the production of customized apparel.
Customized apparel will be sent to the customer for approval before production.
Once shipped, customer will receive a shipping notification.
Due to new safety procedures, the shipping of orders may be delayed.
Some items ship the same day while others may take up to 14 days for delivery.
